do you have any thoughts or opinions or philosophy on how classic raw or wrapped squatting should be trained under the thought process that one is less limited by quadriceps and possibly more limited by back extension, i.e what movements or variations could hypothetically be done to compensate for this?
will non squat plug squats help me strengthen my quads?
If you fail a squat you will also reach max hip extension 😂
Think of it like a plug-in hybrid car. If you run out of range all the time, technically what happens is that you run out of gas. But does that mean you need a bigger gas tank? Maybe if your electric range was better, you could get further without needing to use gas, and it would be more efficient. So maybe a better battery would be a better upgrade.

I like rdl deadlifts for hamstrings and lower back and squats I feel it more in quads so I do both and some days just one for more focus on one area or the other
